The 'Dom's

This picture shows some of the apartment blocks that make up the central residential area inside Star City. The Russian word for house is 'Dom', so these are creatively named 'Dom 4', 'Dom 2' and so on. This pic is shot across the Avenue of Heroes, which leads to 'Dom Kosmonavtov' (Hous of Cosmonauts), a theatre in Star City, and site of many of the celebratory functions here.
